The Vulnerability Index 2025 The Vulnerability Index will be the world leading primary research evaluating how vulnerable children are to falling into cybercrime globally.

The Hacking Games has partnered with Professor Jonathan Lusthaus, Associate Professor at Oxford University and author of The Industry of Anonymity, to lead this research. Professor Lustahus is a world leading authority into the human impact of cybercrime.

The Vulnerability Index will evaluate how vulnerable children are in each country to falling into cybercrime, and identify the socio demographic factors that drive this. The output of the research will inform governments and regulators for their levels of vulnerability and provide insight for reform. This research will be published annually across global media and conference platforms.
